What are the benefits of joining Diva by Harper?

By subscribing to a Gold Diva by Harper subscription box, you are treating yourself to 12 months of beautiful home fragrances, with 12 different scents carefully chosen and tested by Harper in the three items listed below.

If you want to pay a little extra to make a one-off purchase with our Silver option, you will be treating yourself to one box with the current months scent in the three items listed below. This option comes with no commitment and is a one off non-recurring payment.

What will I get in my subscription box?

We will send you three products in a different fragrance each month to enhance your home decor with new colours and transform your home into a haven for relaxation.

Each box includes: one glass candle, one handmade flower wick diffuser and 12 tea light candles.

How does the payment or subscription work?

Diva by Harper has two options as per below:

Silver: Offers a one-time order at £30.

Gold: Offers a monthly subscription of £15 for 12 months. When you subscribe to Gold you get your first box free.

How do I cancel my order?

If you are unhappy with your Gold subscription, you can cancel anytime within 14 days of your order being placed. For the cancellation request to succeed, you must return your ordered box (if it’s been despatched) to us in its unused, original condition.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging in to your account and proceeding to the Account Details page, where there is an option to Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page. On clicking the Unsubscribe button it will redirect you to a brief cancellation form, where you need to fill in your order details and submit the form.

On submission of the cancellation form, it will be reviewed by the team at Diva by Harper and they will notify you with an email for the cancelled subscription.
If you would like to return your unwanted Silver box for a refund, you must do so within 28 days of receiving the product. Please email us with a request to return your product with why you’re choosing to return and we will respond with a returns address promptly. Please note that you will be responsible for all returns postage costs.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery of your order depends on the date of order placed for the subscription option. If your order is placed between 1st-14th of the month your next month’s subscription box will be despatched on 1st of the following month. Similarly if the order is placed between 15th -31st of the month, the next month’s subscription box will be despatched on 1st of the month thereafter. I.e, if you order on the 16th May, your box will ship on the 1st July.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to UK Mainland addresses. Please contact us if you are unsure if we can ship to you.

How do you ship products? What are your shipping rates?

We currently use Royal Mail Click & Drop Tracked Service. Delivery will be free of charge.

How do I track my Order?

When you’ve successfully completed an order, we’ll show you an order confirmation page as well as sending you a confirmation email containing your order details. To track your order please call us on +44 01255 553652 with the order details and speak to a member of our team.

How do I return a faulty product? What is your return policy?
